Protuno Not Syncing
Fix issues when Protuno fails to sync.
Symptoms
- Latest data not reflected
- Sync button has no effect
Quick Fix
Check Internet Connection
ping sync.posimyth.com
Restart Protuno
Close and reopen Protuno from your dashboard.
Manual Sync
In Protuno, click 'Sync Now' on the main screen.
